When I painted Once Upon a Time, I wanted to capture the feeling of stumbling upon a quiet village where time seems to stand still. The open shutters welcome the morning breeze, flowers bloom gently from the windowsill, and the empty bench patiently waits for someone to pause and enjoy the moment. It is the kind of place that invites you to slow your pace, breathe deeply, and let simple moments become lasting memories.
